HEPCA's Dolphin Expedition Heads South

HEPCA’ s Red Sea Dolphin Project (RSDP) research team is once again heading out to sea to enrich our knowledge of its amazing wildlife, as well as advancing our understanding of cetaceans ecology and distribution in the Red Sea. This ground-breaking research is the first of its kind in the Red Sea and a platform for eco-volunteers to be part of HEPCA’s research campaign and conservation efforts. Our international team of scientists are applying state-of-art technologies to engage our volunteers in a truly fulfilling experience. Eco-volunteers will directly contribute to research and conservation in one of the richest and most ecologically diverse marine environments in the world. They will be part of a uniquely interactive science based experience; observing and studying cetaceans, enjoying a breathtaking cruise on the Red Sea, and having the opportunity to experience these magnificent creatures up close and personal! The next three cruises are starting on the 4th of February and will cover the southern most part of the Egyptian Red Sea. The dates for the Winter expeditions are the following: Team 7: 4th to 13th February Team 8: 14th to 23rd February Team 9: 24th February to 5th March Have a look the our brand new video about the RSDP expeditions!
