HEPCA members & supporters evening, Round Two!

Last month, on the evening of the 26th, the first of the monthly HEPCA members and supporters evenings took place with members and supporters joining us from as far as El Gouna and Marsa Alam. The HEPCA team was able to share their vision for the upcoming period and highlight what steps had been taken in various fields, and respond to inquiries concerning a few pressing issues. This month the HEPCA team would like to hear our members’ and supporters’ concerns and discuss our priorities as a community in reference to environmental conservation. This will be a great opportunity to bring our heads together and come up with collective initiatives for the protection of our environment and sustaining the Red Sea’s resources. Two evenings are scheduled for this month. Our usual evening on the last Monday of the month, the 29th, at Papa’s Bar on the Marina Boulevard and our second event held on the 26th in Safaga at Diver House. The Safaga HEPCA Members and Supporters Evening, aims to tackle the local issues in Safaga and address possible solutions and initiatives that can be taken on by the Safaga community. We aim to initiate similar working groups all along the coast, and in the upcoming months organise meetings in El Gouna, El Quseir and Marsa Alam. The HEPCA team is looking forward to blend their minds with yours to produce the best protection and conservation strategies for the Red Sea through our upcoming evenings: HEPCA members & supporters evening Hurghada Monday 29th November 7.30 – open end Papa’s Bar, Hurghada Marina Boulevard We are very thankful that once again Papa’s Bar offered their facilities to host the event. Papa’s Bar will furthermore provide a live acoustic singer after the “official” part is over to give us the chance to socialise and enjoy each others company. HEPCA members & supporters evening Safaga Friday 26th November 7.30-open end Diver House Diver House has generously stepped forward to host the event. Since this is the first evening in Safaga, we are very much looking forward to meeting the Safaga community!
