Red Sea under water clean up
the 6th of September was a great and memorable day for the Red Sea Environment, with the participation of more than 9 diving centers, we had a great day of underwater cleanup in The Red Sea. More than 120 volunteers from the diving centers in collaboration with Hepca went for an underwater cleanup in the areas of Umm Gammar, Shaub El-Erg, Fanous, Fanader and Naama bay. Diving centers from El-Gouna, Hurghada, Port Ghalib and Sharm El-Sheikh were making a stand together with HEPCA for cleaning and protecting our Red Sea. Such events are very important not only for cleaning our Red Sea but also to send a strong message from the community against all the irresponsible acts from some boats and tour operators. The outcome of the day was the collection of more than 350 kilos of Rubbish from different areas in the Sea.
