The FEEL Project

HEPCA’s new upcoming project: FEEL In a very near future, the current Egyptian youth will be responsible for caring about Egypt’s natural resources. HEPCA’s new project FEEL, aka Future Egyptian Environmental Leader, is born from this context. It is an educational training program for young Egyptian students who have the wish to get to better know the field of marine conservation. During five days, The FEEL project gives them the opportunity to work intensively with professional scientists in order to learn many of the skills to become, one day, our future environmental leaders! To best meet the interests of the participants, The FEEL project consists of five different programs located mainly in the city of Marsa Alam. These are: • FEEL Main Project • FEEL for The Young • FEEL Scientific Diving • FEEL for The Turtles • FEEL for The Dolphins All the programs are designed to educate through entertaining activities. Participant will indulge in diving/snorkeling practices while learning the diversity of marine animals (coral reef and fish, dolphin, turtle ID). During observational activities involving the marine mammals, students will learn the best practices in the sea! Every night, students will have the chance to attend lectures given by our team of marine biologists. Our children will play a major role in the protection of the amazing natural resources of the Red Sea.
