Field trips for further study were the impetus of the Future Egyptian Environmental Leaders (F.E.E.L.) program because engagement allows learners to translate their new knowledge in practical terms, i.e. learning about biodiversity and underwater ecosystems, a snorkeling trip corroborates the learning by first hand exposure.
HEPCA strives to engender a culture of environmental stewardship among the youth and FEEL is an exciting educational initiative which offers a dynamic hands-on learning approach to conservation. The program takes the young learners to some of the Red Sea's virgin beaches, as well, as to the terrestrial and desert attractions, such as the mangroves, birds, wildlife, and the indigenous Bedouin tribes where they will encounter life changing lessons of environmental conservation through outdoor activities and teamwork.
